Please note: Groupon vouchers are redeemable when orders are placed at least 48 hours in advance by 5:00 p.m.. In this way, we can better ensure a sufficient amount of fresh product for all our customers. While we are generally able to fill most orders, please be advised that we do not make guarantees that orders can be filled on the date requested. Ability to fill Groupon orders is subject to volume - especially during holidays- so some exceptions apply.
SPECIAL ORDERS
A Special Order is considered to be anything other than our daily menu of flavors. If you are needing cupcakes in a particular color(s), you can place your order by 5:00 p.m. the day prior to your pickup date - flavors are subject to the menu on the date of your pickup. However, if you require Specialty Cupcakes in a particular design or theme, please place your order at least one to two weeks in advance so that we can better accommodate you. Lastly, if you are wanting an off-menu flavor that is not available on the day you are picking up, a minimum order of one dozen cupcakes per flavor will apply, with minimum notice of 48 hours.
Large Volume Orders: If you require a large quantity of cupcakes, particularly in one or two flavors (i.e. five or more of each), please try to give us a call at least one day prior to your pickup date to place your order. In this way, we can ensure a sufficient amount of fresh product for you, as well as our other customers, since we bake our cupcakes fresh every morning and must move on to other cake projects once the morning baking is done.
Gluten Free cupcakes are also available by Special Order, except on Saturdays when we offer a modest variety for those wanting individual cupcakes. For GF Special Orders, a minimum order of 1/2 dozen in one flavor applies. Generally, all of our flavors can be adapted to gluten free, with the exception of the cream pie varieties, our Oreo cupcakes, and the Butterscotch & Bacon cupcake.
