GLUTEN FREE CUPCAKES

Our moist and delicious gluten free cupcakes are truly exceptional – never heavy, dense, or dry! They are an outstanding, thoughtful treat for the GF population!

Our GF goodies are made from scratch in our bakery with the highest standards in mind. Our GF flours are stored safely away from our all other flours within our kitchen, and we maintain the strictest standards of sterility and sanitation in our baking methods. While we make every effort to eliminate contamination issues, it is important to understand that our bakery is not entirely GF so please keep that in mind when ordering. It may give you some peace of mind to know that the owner has a gluten allergy, is very proficient with GF baking practices, and has never had any problems when consuming our exceptional GF goodies!

Generally, all of our flavors can be adapted to gluten free, with the exception of the cream pie varieties, our Oreo cupcakes, and the Butterscotch & Bacon cupcake.

Available on Saturdays & by Special Order other days. Minimum of half dozen applies for Special Orders.

Our decorated sugar cookies are not only beautiful, but moist, soft & delicious, just like our cupcakes! Our chocolate chip cookie cakes are available in 6" and 8" sizes with colorful sprinkles, a non-dairy whipped cream border - and we never skimp on the chocolate chips! They're so thick and dense, you need a knife to cut them! Add a message, and you've got another deliciously thoughtful gift for your someone special. Our cookies are a MUST TRY!

CHUBBIES

Chubbies are FUN! Moist, delicious jumbo cupcakes are thoughtfully decorated with our signature cream cheese frosting, festive celebratory sprinkles and our in-house blend of fondant confetti. Our signature Chubbies come in a variety of flavors, such as Pink Lemonade, Red Velvet, and Chocolate Covered Strawberry to name a few.

Caked proudly serves premium gourmet coffee from Red Rock Roasters. The latte flavors are endless, but here are a few of the flavors offered:

We serve decaf coffees and espresso, offer soy milk and oftentimes have almond milk on hand for those with dairy allergies. Ask for whip or go without, it's your coffee, after all! If you're having cupcakes delivered to your office, don't forget the coffee! It's the best in town!

SPECIALTY CUPCAKES & SPECIALTY CAKES

We can create custom-themed specialty cupcakes and cakes for any occasion or event with a minimum of one week's notice (and sometimes less), though more notice is recommended. Price is subject to design and flavors. Please give us a call to schedule a consultation, or stop by to discuss your design needs.

We now have ready-made, all-occasion cakes ready to grab n' go, with exciting flavors such as salted caramel, peanut butter bliss, chocolate raspberry ganache...the list goes on and on!

SPECIAL ORDERS

A Special Order is considered to be anything other than our daily menu of flavors. If you are needing cupcakes in a particular color(s), you can place your order by 5:00 p.m. the day prior to your pickup date - flavors are subject to the menu on the date of your pickup. However, if you require Specialty Cupcakes in a particular theme, please place your order at least one to two weeks in advance so that we can better accommodate you. Likewise, if you are wanting an off-menu flavor that is not served on the date you are picking up, a minimum order of one dozer per flavor is required. If you have a Living Social, Groupon, or Clear Channel Radio voucher, this is also considered a Special Order, requiring your order for one dozen assorted cupcakes be placed at least one day prior to your pickup*, as we bake fresh every morning and never sell frozen cupcakes (with the exception of gluten free and vegan).

*Terms and conditions expressed on the actual voucher purchased.

Large Volume Orders: If you require a large quantity of cupcakes, particularly in one or two flavors (i.e. five or more of each), please try to give us a call at least one day prior to your pickup date to place your order. In this way, we can ensure a sufficient amount of fresh product for you, as well as our other customers, since we bake our cupcakes fresh every morning and must move on to other cake projects once the morning baking is done.

Gluten Free cakes and cupcakes are also available by Special Order, except on Saturdays when we offer a modest variety for those wanting individual cupcakes. We oftentimes have some in our freezer throughout the week, please feel free to call ahead to check. For GF & Vegan Special Orders, a minimum order of 1/2 dozen applies in one flavor (minis and Chubbies excluded). Generally, all of our flavors can be adapted to gluten free, with the exception of the cream pie varieties, our Oreo cupcakes, and the Butterscotch & Bacon cupcake.

Vegan: Our cupcakes and vegan icings are made with soy milk and vegan butter, contain no eggs or dairy, and are FABULOUS! Our vegan products are limited to cupcakes only (no cakes at this time). For Vegan Special Orders, a minimum of 1/2 dozen applies (minis and chubbies excluded). Vegan varieties are currently limited to chocolate and vanilla.
